  generally the property was very clean and comfortable. plenty of relaxing areas and sleeping arrangements very satisfactory particularly for large groups. negatives.. some of the cooking utensils etc. were not clean in particular the frying pans.. disgusting. the house instructions for working tv wirefy etc. was poor.

  The property inside was clean and tidy. The outside was a absolute mess, covered in cobwebs, bird poo everywhere and the barbecue had not been cleaned in months and smelt like a dead animal in it. Im am not exaggerating either. I advised Aqua and the responce i got from Suzie "Thank you for the feedback, we have engaged a contractor to deal with the outside of the building, including the cobwebs and the windows (inside and out) and the deck areas. Unfortunately, it wasn't done prior to your stay, they are fairly heavily booked." At $1200 for 2 nights i would expect far better. So disappointing we would never stay with this group again.

  We had a great time at this beautiful and well-located property. Travelling as a group of friends for a golf trip to Barnbougle, this rental was very convenient and suited us perfectly. There was plenty of room in the house and it would also be well suited to a family, small or large. Communication with the property’s managers was also friendly and prompt. For the size of the house, its location and its facilities, the price was also great. Thanks for having us!

  Stayed 5 nights at the Henry Street property in April 2025. This is the 5th time I have stayed at the property since 2014.
  The property is ideally set up for 6 male golfers with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is only a 15 minute drive to the very popular Barnbougle/Lost Farm golf courses.
  For self catering, everything you would likely need is available. The common areas are vast and enjoy lovely water views. There is an outdoor bbq and games room.
  Communication with the managing agent were satisfactory. A list of minor repairs and maintenance issues has been submitted to the managing agent for their attention.
  Our group intends to return to the Henry St property on our next Tasmanian visit.

  We booked this house for a group of 10 golfers on a weekend away.
  There house was perfect for us. Plenty of beds. 3 showers made getting ready easy. Pool and foosball was a great way to unwind after a day on the course. As well as a relaxing beer on the balcony.
  Would also be a good option for a family group as there were a heap of board games available too.

  The house was perfect for our group of three families. There was lots of living space and the teenagers particularly enjoyed the lower space with the pool table and TV. We had the most amazing weather during our stay so we were able to make the most of the huge deck and the bifold kitchen windows, taking in the incredible view. Even the shower had a stunning view of the water. The communication for our booking was excellent. There were a few maintenance issues that need to be attended to eg one of the bedrooms blinds was down on the ground, missing toilet roll holders, damage to the front of the house. Even though these issues didn't really affect our stay, it would have been nice to have known about them before our arrival. The house was more than big enough for the 8 of us, and we made the most of being able to walk to the shops and walking tracks. The house is in a very quiet area which was lovely. We really loved the village of Bridport, as well as the nearby golf courses, and will be back.
