  We had a very comfortable and peaceful stay. The house was clean and had what we needed. It was a nice location and easy walk to the beach/main street.

  First impression was property needed general maintenance and gardens required tidy up.
  Pine bark scattered over paths and front verandah around entrance, cobwebs around building.
  Back garden overgrown, grass/lawns not mowed for long time. Clothes line on side fence unable to be used and falling down.
  Inside house had been cleaned, however there were numerous light bulbs that weren’t working and needed replacing.
  Dead blowflies in window tracks.

  Overall we were somewhat disappointed with this house. The gardens were very overgrown and the grass very long (we spotted a snake at one point). The property whilst clean does not have a dryer and only a very small clothes line at the front (the back clothes line is in disrepair and you need to fight your way through long grass to get there). This is not ideal for large groups of people who experience wet weather during their stay. We were also without hot water for 3 days owing to the hot water cylinder leaking (this was replaced with a new one as soon as practicable once it as reported to the host after the new year long weekend holiday).
  We would not stay here again.
