  This house is a delight with large rooms and a great verandah out the front looking over the valley. Water quality is a bit sus so take your own for drinking. Privacy and views.

  Very clean and tidy house in amoung farmland but still close to Derby town and trails. Quiet and well appointed place to stay. Happy to recommend for family or friends to stay to get away from the crowds.

  Enjoyed our stay it’s a lovely family home. Very peaceful location with stunning sunsets . The beds are comfortable the kitchen well equipped . Only about ten minutes out of Derby or Branxholm.
