Port View Escape

Port View Escape is a spacious 3 bedroom home, offering 2 bathrooms, Large Deck Area with fantastic water views and a fully fenced yard. Port View Escape also offers a separate Studio (separately keyed). The studio consists of a Queen Size Bed, single bed and separate bathroom, which makes it a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom configuration for the extra guests.

Situated in a quiet area of town, this popular property has been relisted for Holiday stays by the new owners and will be sure to please with the changes that have already been made.
The main shopping strip and beautiful beaches are just a short walk away from your accommodation.

The modern kitchen contains a dishwasher, oven and cooktop, microwave and coffee machine with the dining and lounge areas located on either side.
Reverse cycle heating is located in the main living area, along with portable heating in bedrooms. The living area opens out to the expansive deck that caters for outdoor entertaining with a BBQ and outdoor furniture.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms within the house. The main bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. STUDIO (separately keyed) has a queen bed, single bed and provides a 3rd bathroom if booking both house and studio. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL COST FOR THE STUDIO, IF REQUESTED (UNDER 7 GUESTS) AND IF ABOVE THE 7 GUESTS, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL COST TO INCLUDE THE STUDIO.
This property sleeps up to 10 guests (including the studio) and is a perfect getaway for families.

  Perfect accommodation for our group of golfers on our recent Barnbougle Challenge. The warmth and calm of Port View Escape was a welcome relief after the tough conditions on the course! 10 minutes drives from the course and close to all amenities of town. Fabulous kitchen, beautiful views, plenty of relaxing spaces that easily accommodated our group. Highly recommended.

  Our vacation rental was well above expectations, we were a group of six adults. The 3 bedrooms all had great beds and very crisp white linen on the beds.
  Plenty of room to move around in as there was a lounge one end and a family area the other with a galley well equipped kitchen in the middle..

  Our two night stay was to celebrate a family member's sixtieth birthday - five of us stayed at Port View Escape and a couple of friends camped at the Caravan Park. Port View was a fabulous choice - plenty of beds, two bathrooms, lots of areas inside and outside to gather together, or conversely find a quiet spot to read or just take in the view with a cuppa or a glass of something stronger. The house was beautifully warm which was much appreciated with plunging temperatures outside! The well-equipped kitchen, ample board games to keep us amused and a comfy television area were all much appreciated. We were very impressed with all aspects of our stay - booking, check-in, cleanliness, amenities and comfort were all to be commended. I would certainly recommend this property to others, and knowing that the two bedroom unit in the back yard could also be utilised makes it an even more attractive proposition for a larger group of family or friends.

  This is the second Aqua property in which we’ve stayed. Both have been clean and well maintained. Port View Escape was a great size with absolutely everything we required to have a relaxing break near the beach. The deck is worth a special mention - we didn’t use the bbq but my adult children loved the bowling game that we could use on the substantial size deck. The 2 good size bathrooms were also excellent. Thanks for having us - we’d love to stay again!
